A bit about us…

Hurricane Helene really took it to us. We lost our homes, our cars, and our beloved little Fig Bistro, located in Historic Biltmore Village. Chef Joshua Senn served that community, with distinction, for 13 years.

Out of the ashes, as they say, comes Randall’s 1941.
